The location was AMAZING. I could easily walk to many temples and quaint shops. I loved that the hotel is at the base of Yasaka Tower. The rooftop access allowed me to enjoy the sunset with my own snacks.
I struggled a bit carrying my luggage. Wi-Fi information was not immediately available. I had to wait until the next morning to ask for it.

i found the staff to be very helpful. the hotel is in a good area and has a nice pagoda view. the room was large for japan (i especially liked the view from it).
i also had some difficulty locating essential amenities. the wifi information and toiletries were not clearly provided, and reception closes early.

The hotel's location proved very convenient! It was near famous sites. My room offered a view of the Yasaka Pagoda, I found this appealing. Staff assisted with luggage storage, I appreciated their help.
It wasn't ideal, I found myself wishing for one. Locating amenities proved tricky. Wi-Fi details weren't readily available, I had to seek assistance.
